This single vineyard white blend from Bonny Doon Vineyard features grapes from the Arroyo Seco region of Monterey, CA. Rich, savory, and floral all at once, each sip showcases the winery's original style of winemaking.
Steak Tacos + Francis Ford Coppola Winery Diamond Collection Malbec
Bold steak tacos call for an equally bold wine. Enter: Malbec, a wine with a strong body and immediate drinkability. Francis Ford Coppola's Malbec, grown along the California coast under an abundance of afternoon sun, light winds and well-drained soils, is flavorful, with rich, dark fruit and hints of spices.
Spicy Tacos + Omen Zinfandel
Spicy foods are notoriously hard to pair, but this fruity, slightly peppery wine is up to the challenge. Omen Zinfandel is a medium-bodied, rich and fruity red with strawberry and ripe blackberry flavors. The grapes were picked at an elevation of 2,306ft, where the high elevation and deep granite soils develop grapes for intense wines.

This wine is just begging for savory dishes like shredded beef tacos. Since 1987 Silver Lake Winery has been producing wines that showcase the unique style of the vineyards of Rattlesnake Hills in Washington. Their Roza Red is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with full-bodied fruity, earthy and smooth flavors.
